1.To be eligible for this promotion you must be Australian or New Zealand permanent residents, aged between 25 and 65. You are a homeowner and have a household annual income of AUD$60 000.00. Married or in a Defacto relationship. Proof required with ID, ie (Drivers License same address).
2.This fantastic offer is made to you under the condition that while your on your holiday you both attend a 90 minute (approx) no obligation Holiday Ownership/Timeshare presentation at one of our preview certres.
3.Children are unable to attend the 90 minute presentation, childcare facilities are provided for your convenience. (qualified child minders on duty)
4. If you are requesting School Holiday/Special event/Christmas period accommodation an additional charge of AUD$200.00 will apply.
5. All prices are quoted in AUD and we do not accept any other currency.
6. All requests are subject to availability. In the event that your request dates are unavailable, alternatives will be offered.
7. Any changes to accommodation (subject to availability) after confirmation of dates require a minimum of 35 days notice prior to your check-in date and will incur a AU$99.00 fee. Changes after this time are not permitted and will be treated as a cancellation, resulting in forfeiture of payment. Changes must be in requested in writing and paid at least 35 days prior to confirmed arrival dates.
8. If you decide to cancel, we will require notification of cancellation at our office at least 35 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. Cancellations less than 35 days prior to your confirmed arrival date will incurs loss of all monies paid.
9. Property Check- in days are exclusively Friday or Saturday only (subject to availability), and the accommodation is for 7 consecutive nights, Room upgrades and extra nights may be available on request, (subject to availability) at an additional cost. You may delay your check in day, however, this must be notified to and confirmed by us at least 72 hours prior to confirmed arrival date. Your accommodation is for 7 consecutive nights starting on the Friday or Saturday (subject to availability) and check out day cannot be extended.
10. The accommodation provided will be in one of the properties participating in this offer. It will not necessarily be a Classic Holiday Club managed property.
11. Should you fail to attend the 90 minute presentation, or it is determined that you do not meet the requirements listed to qualify for this offer a further AUD$450.00 may be charged automatically to your Credit Card.
12. All accommodation provided on a self catering basis. Meals, drinks, air transport, ground travel are the sole responsibility of the person/s redeeming this offer.
13. Due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, your booking may be moved to another participating property of equal standard.
14. No reliance should be placed on representation other than in these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or waive qualifying criteria at its discretion and without notice. Rewards may be subject to the terms and conditions by external providers.
15. wotsthecatch.com or Classic Holiday Club accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from any aspects of the offers featured.
16. Reservations can be made within a 6 month booking window.

18. This promotion is not available to current Classic Holiday Club and Classic Holiday owners, employees and their immediate families, and persons who have attended this specific preview in the last twelve months.
19. In order to not inconvenience other guests you need to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the preview commencement time, otherwise you may be rescheduled to attend another preview time during your holiday.
20. Preview attendees will be invited to apply for membership interests pursuant to the Club’s Product Disclosure Statement and Privacy Policy. These written Details of Participation supersede any prior oral or written communication.
21. Full payment is required at time of booking and we accept VISA, Master card, or American Express. Confirmation of booking may take up to 48 hours from time of call, and will be confirmed in writing.
22. Proof of identity and security deposit will be required on check-in.
